Manufacturer warranty
Every product carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, from the invoice date. We build this gear ourselves, so repairs are done in-house.
Your statutory rights
Separately from our warranty, South Africa's Consumer Protection Act gives you 6 months to return goods that turn out to be defective. Our warranty is in addition to that right, not instead of it.
Returns
Unused stock can be returned within 7 days in its original packaging and in resaleable condition. Return shipping is for your account unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
What isn't covered
Damage from over-powering, water, dropping, unsuitable transport or third-party repairs isn't covered by the warranty.
