Your details
What we collect
For an order: your name, email, phone and delivery address. For an account, also: your password (stored scrambled, never readable), your wishlist, your Myth Rewards points and your communication choices.
Why
To process and deliver your orders, keep you posted on them, run your account and points, and — only if you said yes — send you new stock and offers by email or WhatsApp.
Marketing only with your yes
Each channel (email, WhatsApp) is its own yes, and you can take it back any time: the unsubscribe link in every email, or My account → Settings. Emails about your orders and wishlist aren't marketing.
Who we share with
Only what's needed to serve you: Paystack for payment, our supplier and couriers for delivery, and our technology providers for hosting and sending email. We never sell your details.
Your rights
You can see, correct or delete your details. Close your account from My account → Settings, or write to us. Orders are kept for our accounting records.
