    Branch collection — free

    Collect your order free of charge from any of our 10 branches. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready.

    Courier — items under 30kg

    Lighter items ship by nationwide courier. The cost is confirmed after you order, before anything is dispatched.

    Palletised freight — items over 30kg

    Subwoofers and full-range systems are too heavy for a standard parcel courier, so they move on palletised freight. We always confirm the freight cost with you before dispatch — at checkout you pay for the goods only.

    DRC — Kinshasa and Lubumbashi

    We ship into the DRC by road freight through the Kasumbalesa border post. The price on the site covers the goods only: transport and DGDA customs duties are quoted per order. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll confirm the full landed cost before you pay anything.
